– 1-2 small onions
– olive oil
– 1 zucchini and 1 kousa (or substitute some green beans!)
– 2 T honey
– 1 cup walnuts

Toast the walnuts for 5-10 minutes at 375 degrees. While toasting, dice onion. Chop zucchini, kousa or green beans into 1 inch chunks. Sautee onions with olive oil. Add zucchini, kousa. Sautee for several minutes. Add honey. Turn off heat. Add walnuts. Stir. Add preferred seasonings (salt, pepper, etc). Eat!
