2 small yellow summer squash, sliced
2 small zucchini, sliced
1 tablespoon butter
2 oz grated cheddar cheese
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped chives
1 teaspoon black pepper

Put all ingredients into a casserole and top with bread crumbs. Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until brown and cheese melts
