from Katharine, Dracut CSA Member

1 bunch basil
1/3 to 1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup almonds (I used sliced, and have always used walnuts and pistachio nuts as well)
~1/2 cup olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Put everything except the oil in a food processor, let it rip. Add the oil
and blend until smooth.
