Ingredients:
- 2 stalks of kale, stems removed
- 2 peaches or nectarines, diced
- 1 banana
- 1 cup(ish) milk, almond milk, or orange juice
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- optional 1/2 cup frozen pineapple or mango
Directions:
Blend all ingredients well. Add more liquid if desired.
