4″ leek, chopped
2 small onions, diced
2 small Kousa, sliced
6 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese
12 eggs
Olive oil
Garlic Powder

– In a frying pan saute vegetables in olive oil and seasonings. Cook until softened.
– Beat eggs and cheese together in a separate bowl
– In a separate pan combine cooked vegetables and egg/cheese mixture. Cook until eggs are thoroughly done.
