Mildy-Hot Homemade Salsa


3 medium jalapeno peppers
3 small habanero peppers
4 large tomatoes
2 pickling cucumbers
1 large red bell pepper
1 large yellow bell pepper
1 medium red onion
3 cloves sliced fresh garlic
1 fresh lime
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper


Hand cut and dice peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, and onions into 1/4″ pieces. Thinly slice garlic cloves, chop cilantro, and combine in a large bowl. Add zest of lime and lime juice. Add olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste. Refrigerate over night covered.
