When using fresh herbs be sure to freeze this butter to store.  It will spoil in the fridge after a day or two.  Use to make garlic bread, season grilled vegetables, or grilled fish or steak.


  • 1 stick salted butter, at room temperature
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 bunch parsley, cilantro or other herb, finely chopped
  1. In a bowl, beat all ingredients together until well combined.
  2. Place on plastic wrap and roll into a log.
  3. Store in freezer.
