Honey-Citrus Vinaigrette

½ cup of orange juice

2 Tablespoonfuls of white wine vinegar or champagne vinegar (it is a little less sharp)

2 to 4 Tablespoonfuls of lemon juice

3 to 4 teaspoonfuls of honey (depends on how sweet the orange juice is)

½ cup of extra-virgin olive oil (start with a little less and adjust depending on how much tang you would like)

4 tablespoonfuls of finely chopped cilantro or parsley

1 tsp of red pepper flakes (optional)

Whisk ingredients together or shake in a mason jar.  Store in the refrigerator.  Let come to room temperature and shake to combine before using.
