This is tasty to drizzle on grilled veggies as well as grilled chicken, scallops, shrimp, swordfish etc.

4 Tablespoonfuls of red wine vinegar

1 teaspoonful of honey

Salt and Pepper – pinch of salt and a grind of pepper. Once mixed adjust to taste.

2 small shallots, finely chopped

2 teaspoonfuls of fresh thyme

Whisk together the vinegar, honey, salt and pepper until combined then add shallots and thyme.

Let sit while the food is grilled.
