Thousand Island Dressing

Mayonnaise – 1 cup
Chili Sauce – 1/4 cup
Sweet pickle relish – 2 tablespoonfuls
Finely chopped red bell pepper and onion – 2 tablespoonful
(I add double the amount of red bell pepper)
Worcestershire sauce or prepared horseradish (for a little spice)- 1 teaspoonful
Salt and pepper to taste

If the mixture needs to be thinner, a little milk or buttermilk can be used.
Pour into a canning jar and refrigerate up to 1 week.
