Berry Balsamic Vinaigrette
1 and 1/2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries and/or raspberries
1/4 cup of olive oil
2 tablespoonfuls of white balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoonful of honey
1/4 teaspoonful of salt and of pepper.
Place in a blender and process until smooth.
Store in an airtight jar for up to 3 days.
