Store Rhubarb in the refrigerator. Wrap either unwashed stems or washed and thoroughly dried stems in a paper towel and place in a loosely closed plastic bag.
Store in the crisper. Change out the paper towel as needed.
Rhubarb can also be cut into pieces and put in a zip-top freezer bag to be used in the future.
